OK, this is too funny.
After carrying my girls for months, the IVF shots I endured, 10 weeks on bedrest, leaking of amniotic fluid, weeks in the hospital, packing my c-section incision, becoming septic, and now the daily barfing episodes, feeding tube, doctor visits, and so on.... that at least my daughter would at least look like me.....
No, alas! We now know the TRUTH. Kaitlyn is DEFINITELY Brian's daughter.
Ah ha! I at least have answers for those funny red eyebrows, the funny expressions and the color of hair (is it blonde? is it red? Is it brown?).....
Introducing Kaitlyn (well, actually Brian when he was a baby!) Brian's mom just sent these to me today! (Check out her cool 70's garb in the johnny-jump-up picture!)

That is crazy!!! I always cracks me up when girls look like their dads!!! but she sure does!! but she is a cutie ANYWAY! :) Those pics are too fun!

I can't tell you how great it is to read your blogs. I left the NICU feeling really alone, not even my hubbie could help me. Now that I've started my own blog and reading other preemie blogs, it's helped enormously. Thanks for putting it out there! Take care.

Wow! That's great! Isn't funny how some kids look exactly like one of their parents when they were that age? My daughter is a spitting image of me when I was a babe. How fun to find those pics!

I always thought that Katie looked a lot like Brian. Seeing his baby pictures convinces me. It's a good thing you had her dressed in pink in her "comparison picture."
